Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Mei Cocao. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment processing times

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Every Mei Cocao order is fulfilled and shipped directly by the artisan chocolatier who crafted your chocolate. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the artisan chocolatier fulfilling the order, and the shipping options available to you will be shown before you complete your purchase.

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Damages

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your chocolate arrives melted, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us at stygura@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include a photo of the damaged item and its packaging so we can resolve the issue quickly. Replacements or refunds for damaged orders are issued at our discretion.

Shipping availability

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time.
