How soon will my order ship?

Very. We work with artisan chocolatiers and small-batch makers, and our chocolate is packed to arrive in peak condition. Every product page lists the best-by date and storage guidance. To enjoy your chocolate at its best, store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
How long does chocolate keep?
Most chocolate bars keep for 6–12 months when stored properly in a cool, dry place. Truffles and filled bonbons are best enjoyed sooner — typically within a few weeks — and each product page will note the recommended window.
Is Mei Cocao good for gifting?
Absolutely — gifting is what we do best. Our Gift Boxes collection is curated specifically for presents, and every order is packed with care so it arrives looking beautiful. If you'd like a personal note included, just mention it in the order notes at checkout and we'll do our best to accommodate.
Will my chocolate melt during shipping?
Chocolate can soften in warm weather, so time your order so someone can bring the box inside promptly. If your chocolate arrives melted, damaged, or incorrect, email stygura@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and its packaging, and we'll make it right at our discretion with a replacement or refund.
